Outcome Report: Preparatory Meeting of the North American Delegation to 2nd Phase of the 8th PAC

The regional meeting of the North American Delegation to the 2nd Phase of the 8th Pan African Congress was held on October 30 -31st, 2015 at Medgar Evers College, in Brooklyn New York, USA. The aim of the meeting was to deliberate on issues affecting African descendants in North America and cone up with resolutions that the North American Delegation will present at the second phase of the 8th Pan African Congress in 2016.
